On March 19, Yangzhou Princechem successfully held a seminar on “Synergistic Development of APIs and Intermediates,” gathering R&D leaders from Lianhuan Group’s Sci-Tech Innovation Center, Yangzhou Princechem, Lianhuan Pharmaceutical, and Nanjing Lianzhi Pharmaceutical Technology. General Manager and Institute Dean Qu Jun stated that the pharmaceutical and chemical industry is undergoing a critical transformation. Yangzhou Princechem will leverage R&D strengths and build an open innovation platform to drive collaborative growth within the Lianhuan Group’s pharmaceutical sector. Deputy Director Jiang Nan shared insights on starting material R&D and supply, using key API projects to illustrate technical challenges. Discussions emphasized the need for deeper upstream–downstream collaboration to address cost pressures, strengthen supply security, and develop greener processes. General Manager Niu Ben highlighted three focus areas: translating seminar outcomes into actionable projects, enhancing supply chain resilience, and revitalizing established products through technological innovation. Sci-Tech Innovation Center Director Huang Kun proposed strengthening cross-company communication, sharing R&D resources, and initiating joint project applications to achieve shared value and reduced redundancy. The seminar provided clear direction for technological innovation in APIs and intermediates and led to several preliminary cooperation intentions, injecting new momentum into building a more efficient and sustainable pharmaceutical value chain.
Yangzhou Princechem has successfully completed the ISO surveillance audit conducted by Shanghai NQA, covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Over the three-day audit, experts reviewed documents, conducted on-site inspections, and interviewed employees. The audit team fully recognized the company’s effective operation and continuous improvement of the three management systems, while offering valuable suggestions for further refinement. Moving forward, Yangzhou Prince will continue to: ✔ Strengthen system standardization and compliance ✔ Enhance corrective actions and training ✔ Apply expert recommendations to new projects and facility improvements This achievement further solidifies the company’s commitment to high-quality, safe, and sustainable development.
From February 19 to 21, the internationally recognized certification body NQA (National Quality Assurance, UK) conducted the annual management system audit at Princechem (Anqing). The audit confirmed that the company’s Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (“Three Systems”) fully comply with relevant standards, successfully passing the compliance review. Since achieving NQA’s “Three-System” certification in 2024, Princechem (Anqing) has consistently integrated quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety principles across all aspects of production, operations, sales, safety, and environmental management, while continuously optimizing and improving its systems. Quality Management: The company has deeply integrated the three systems with production management standards, establishing a comprehensive audit framework that combines quality management with standardized production, enhancing operational efficiency. Environmental Management: Scientific production practices have been implemented, with environmental responsibilities quantified and assigned to every role and process step, fostering a culture where all employees prioritize and actively fulfill environmental responsibilities. Occupational Health & Safety Management: The company has made significant advancements in procedural management, embedding health and safety requirements into daily operations and strengthening employee protection measures. Successfully passing the NQA annual audit demonstrates Princechem (Anqing)’s internationally advanced management level in quality, environmental protection, and occupational health & safety systems. This achievement not only reinforces customer confidence but also enhances the company’s capacity for sustainable growth.
Yangzhou Princechem has recently been granted two new CNIPA invention patents —covering innovative preparation methods for 1-(2,3-Dichlorophenyl)piperazine and 2'-Bromo-o-Fluoroacetophenone. These technologies significantly improve yield, purity, and environmental performance, solving long-standing industry pain points and strengthening our capabilities in green synthesis and process optimization for pharmaceutical intermediates. This marks another step forward in our innovation journey. We will continue to invest in R&D, deepen industry–academia collaboration, and accelerate the development of high-quality, sustainable technologies for our customers.
Yangzhou Princechem Technology Center has been officially included in the 2024 list released by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. This recognition highlights our strong R&D capacity, solid technological foundation, and continuous innovation achievements. Jiangsu Steric Chemical has successfully passed the rigorous on-site audit conducted by the expert team from Beijing Zhongda Huayuan Certification Center, completing the renewal of its three major management system certifications: ISO 14001:2015 / GB/T 24001-2016 (Environmental Management) ISO 9001:2015 / GB/T 19001-2016 (Quality Management) ISO 45001:2018 / GB/T 45001-2020 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) During the audit, the experts carried out a comprehensive review of key areas including production records, equipment maintenance plans, investment planning, safety drills, laboratory calibration reports, sales contracts, and customer satisfaction files. They also conducted detailed inspections of the DCS control room and production workshops. The audit team highly recognized SDRIC’s rigorous, well-established management practices. Since establishing the “Three-Systems” framework on August 11, 2016, Jiangsu Steric has continuously optimized and upgraded its management systems in response to evolving market demands and rising internal standards. United by determination and professionalism, all employees have contributed to advancing the company’s systematic, compliant, and efficient operations.
