We operate an 18,000 m² R&D center equipped with state-of-the-art organic synthesis and analytical instrumentation. Backed by a dynamic and highly experienced research team, the center supports full-process development—from laboratory-scale synthesis to kilogram-scale sample preparation.

The R&D center is supported by a high-caliber team consisting of 4 Ph.D. researchers, 5 Master’s degree holders, and 30 Bachelor’s degree researchers, providing sustained innovation momentum and ensuring that our R&D capability remains at the forefront of the industry.

Our company specializes in a wide range of reaction types, including: Chlorination reactions (involving chlorine gas and thionyl chloride), Halogen-exchange reactions, Esterification reactions, O-alkylation reactions, N-alkylation reactions, Hofmann degradation, Michael addition, Cyclization reactions, Grignard reactions, Hydrogenation reactions (equipped with 10–100 kg high-pressure hydrogenation reactors)

  R&D Capabilities

Led by Ph.D.-level scientists with overseas backgrounds, our R&D Center comprises two divisions: the CDMO Division and the API Development Division. The center operates 21 synthesis laboratories and 18 analytical laboratories, equipped with 30 Agilent HPLC systems and 50 GC systems.
We launch over 45 new R&D projects annually, and in the past three years have secured 20 authorized patents, including 14 invention patents and 6 utility model patents. The R&D Center is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001: 2018 management system standards.
