Yangzhou Princechem operates from its Yangzhou headquarters, supported by three wholly-owned factories and multiple equity-partnered production enterprises, forming an efficient“1+3+N” industrial layout.

The headquarters, located in the Yangzhou National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, covers approximately 17,333 square meters and manages R&D, business, administration, supply chain, and finance. The headquarters employs 108 staff, including 76 with bachelor’s degrees or higher, 8 master’s degree holders, and 4 PhDs.

The R&D center features 21 synthesis laboratories and 16 analytical laboratories, equipped with advanced instruments such as automated hydrogenation reactors, tubular reactors, molecular distillation units, high-pressure reactors, Agilent HPLC/GC systems, Mettler moisture analyzers, potentiometric titrators, Shimadzu UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and Thermo Fisher FTIR spectrometers, among others.

The R&D team, led by overseas-returned PhDs, undertakes over 45 new projects annually, showcasing the company’s strong capabilities in innovation and pharmaceutical development.
